The company was founded in 1989 by three female partners whose experience in Fulfilment services spanned over 20 years with major publishing organisations.
The handling operation and computer software has been developed to provide fast and efficient service, with full on-line ordering and query facilities and comprehensive client reporting in an easily readable format.
The Company's aim is to use modern technology whilst maintaining old fashioned standards. The client base ranges from small companies to large 'Blue Chip' organisations.

Fulfilment of products or tickets from order receipt to final despatch. Bank reconciliation, credit card verification, full sales and stock reporting, with automatic transmission of relevant reports by email if required.
Orders turned around quickly and efficiently, thereby reducing customer queries to absolute minimum.
Our sophisticated order handling software can automatically retrieve and process customer details from Internet-based ordering systems such as WorldPay and NetBanx, along with more proprietory systems requiring secure data capture and offline credit card transaction processing.
A team of fully trained operators are able to take orders/requests and deal with customer queries on line.
The extensive Warehouse facility is fully equipped to handle the packing and despatch of varying sized items from hundreds to hundreds of thousands!

All systems use postcode verification. De-duplication, cleaning and Mailsort is fully integrated into the software. Databases can be maintained and names supplied electronically or as Adhesive Labels.
